{"id":105515,"date":"2022-01-10T13:54:14","date_gmt":"2022-01-10T12:54:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.concreteonlus.org\/?p=105515"},"modified":"2022-02-04T17:19:34","modified_gmt":"2022-02-04T16:19:34","slug":"il-contrassegno-europeo-diventa-unificato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.concreteonlus.org\/?p=105515","title":{"rendered":"IL CONTRASSEGNO EUROPEO DIVENTA UNIFICATO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IL CONTRASSEGNO EUROPEO DIVENTA UNIFICATO<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Oggi nella nostra rubrica legata all&#8217;informazione, vogliamo parlare di un argomento che interessa una la categoria di persone disabili il famigerato <strong>Contrassegno europeo<\/strong> finalmente diventa unificato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il <strong>Contrassegno europeo<\/strong> classico<\/strong> \u00e8 associabile alla funzione che agevola il parcheggio o sosta nella aree indicate dove pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato o nei normali parcheggi a pagamento (quelli blu) esenta dal totale pagamento della sosta, come avviene normalmente per altri veicoli privi di questo pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanno&nbsp;<strong>diritto al<\/strong>&nbsp;contrassegno auto&nbsp;<strong>per invalidi<\/strong>&nbsp;tutti i cittadini&nbsp;<strong>invalidi<\/strong>&nbsp;agli arti superiori, i&nbsp;<strong>disabili<\/strong>&nbsp;psichici e, pi\u00f9 in generale, le persone affette da patologie che precludono la mobilit\u00e0 in autonomia. Le domande&nbsp;<strong>di<\/strong>&nbsp;rilascio dei&nbsp;<strong>contrassegni per<\/strong>&nbsp;le persone con disabilit\u00e0 possono essere presentate: presso gli uffici preposti dei Municipi&nbsp;<strong>di<\/strong>&nbsp;appartenenza. presso&nbsp;<strong>la<\/strong>&nbsp;ASL&nbsp;<strong>di<\/strong>&nbsp;appartenenza, attraverso il medico legale che rilascia il certificato medico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le migliorie per questo genere di pass hanno trovato un ulteriore sviluppo solo di recente, dopo il seguente decreto che ha finalmente portato un notevole upgrade al suo utilizzo, dove prima si avevano ancora impedimenti di natura tecnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la definitiva adozione del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2021\/08\/02\/21A04587\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Decreto Ministeriale Infrastrutture del 5 luglio 2021, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale del 2 agosto 2021<\/a>, &nbsp;\u00e8 stato istituito il <strong>Registro Pubblico CUDE, <\/strong>una <strong>banca dati nazionale online<\/strong> che contiene tutte le informazioni relative al <strong>Contrassegno Unificato Disabili Europeo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La caratteristica del Contrassegno Unificato Disabili Europeo \u00e8 quella di consentire, alla persona con disabilit\u00e0, di circolare dove normalmente agli altri utenti \u00e8 vietato, <strong>su tutto il territorio dell\u2019Unione Europea<\/strong>, non solo in Italia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Cude \u00e8 un documento digitale, che sostituisce quello cartaceo, introdotto nel 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quali sono le novit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 rilevanti: innanzitutto la digitalizzazione; il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/atto\/serie_generale\/caricaDettaglioAtto\/originario?atto.dataPubblicazioneGazzetta=2012-08-31&amp;atto.codiceRedazionale=012G0172\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D.P.R.
